Global hospitality brand rooted in European cuisine is seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Director of Human Resources & Talent to lead our people strategy and cultivate a thriving workplace culture. This role will be a key partner to the CEO, COO, and CPO, ensuring that our organization remains aligned with its mission, values, and long-term strategic goals. The ideal candidate is a culture champion who is passionate about fostering an engaging, high-performance work environment while driving innovation in talent acquisition, development, and retention.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive HR and talent strategy that supports the company’s growth and vision.
  • Act as a steward of company culture, ensuring its preservation and evolution as the organization expands.

Talent Acquisition & Retention

  • Build a strong talent pipeline to attract and retain top candidates across all levels.
  • Oversee recruitment strategies that align with the company’s commitment to excellence and diversity.
  • Develop and implement retention initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and reduce turnover.

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Design and execute programs to boost employee engagement, satisfaction, and morale.
  • Serve as an advisor for employees, balancing team member advocacy with company interests.
  • Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives that align with company values.

Leadership Development & Training

  • Develop and oversee leadership development programs that prepare high-potential employees for advancement.
  • Collaborate with the COO to design training programs that support professional growth and operational excellence.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws, industry regulations, and company policies.
  • Oversee HR policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain fairness and consistency across the organization.
  • Regularly assess and present compensation and benefits packages to remain competitive in the industry.

Performance Management & Collaboration

  • Partner with the CPO to establish performance metrics and align team goals with business objectives.
  • Work closely with the COO to align staffing strategies with operational needs and the overall employee experience.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in an executive or senior leadership role.
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining a strong company culture within a growing organization.
  • Strong expertise in talent acquisition, leadership development, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
  • Knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance, and best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in hospitality, retail, or a customer-facing industry is a plus.
